Representations/Objections for Railway Servants/Trade Unions regarding validity or otherwise of the Names included in the Draft Voter List can be submitted to Sr. Divisional Personnel Officer (Election Cell), Eastern Railway, Asansol within 03.11.2020. No representations/Objections will be accepted after the deadline i.e. 03.11.2020. The o­nus of getting shortcomings in the Voters List rectified shall be o­n individual Railway Servant/Voter concerned and no grievance o­n this account shall be entertained o­nce the Final Voter List is Published/Uploaded. Employees retiring o­n 30.09.2019 have been deleted.
