Ø38% reduction of Asset Failure from the year 2019 – 20.
ØReturn Feeder 1 connection with New Burried Rail has done at BEQ/FP.
ØMelted connector of TR-1 Burried Rail replaced by new at DKAE/TSS.
Ø02 Nos. TSS at BMAE & BWN, 04 Nos. SSP, 02 Nos. SP land availability has been approved by Divisional level for 160 KMPH power supply related work.
Other Safety work:-
Ø15 nos. OHE slewing work has been carried out by the division in KWAE – AZ section, BDC – KWAE section and KAN – PKR section to assist Engineering department for Bridge girder erection, LHSand FOB work as well as availed shadow block for liquidation of overdue assets.
Staff Related Issues
ØChange of designation of BD Van driver to technician.
ØOutsourcings of PSI activities in BDC -KWAE- AZ, and BWN-KWAE, KAN-PKR-GMAN, NHT-AZ and RPH-DUMK Sections started.
Cost Saving Measures
ØReduction in TA with respect to previous year by 5% .
ØPakur TSS under open access mode from 14.05.21.
Ø66.32% reduction of OT with compared to previous year.

Ø78.159 TKM (66 nos. Tension length) 160 KMPH OHE modification done in HBC section.
