Inspection of different type of manufacturing and repair items like EMU/MEMU/DEMU coaches, Conventional/LHB coaches, EMU/ICF bogies etc. before & after completion of work during POH.

Tender Cell

All type of tenders including works & service contracts except M&P tenders under Dy. CME/C/KPA.

M & P

Procurement of Machineries & plants under plan head 41 & 42.CAMC of vital Machines through works & service contract under control of Dy. Design

Distribution of jobs

WM/C

·Total administrative control of Shop No.-17, 29A, 20, 24 & 25 and daily monitoring of work of the same. Also Inspection/C&W and Drawing Office/C&W will report to WM/C.

·Material planning for these shops. Material of EMU/MEMU/DEMU

·To look after the work of office of Dy. CME(C)/KPA.

·To look after the works contract under your shop.

·Monitoring of coach condemnation of EMU/MEMU coaches.

·Any special assignment given by Dy. CME(C)/KPA as and when required.

·Material planning, procurement and ensuring availability and co-ordination with Stores Deptt.

AWM/C-I

·Total administrative control of Shop-19, 27 & 30 and daily monitoring of work of these shops.

·Planning, scheduling, monitoring movement of EMU/MEMU/DEMU coaches from incoming to despatch.

·Monitoring of stock & non-stock materials for Shops No.-19, 27 & 30.

·Any special assignment given by Dy. CME(C)/KPA as and when required.

·To look after the works contract under your shop.

·Monitoring KPA & HLR cutting yard for our concerned coaches.

APE/C

·Total administrative control of Shop-18, 33, MnP section & PCO/C organisation except Inspection, Drawing Office (C&W).

·Material planning and procurement for stock and non-stock items of these shops.

·Any special assignment given by Dy. CME(C)/KPA as and when required.

·To look after the works contract under your shop.

·Infeed, Dispatch of ICF & LHB coaches and overall responsibilities of same.

·Coach condemnation of ICF Coaches.

·Monitoring work of the Safety Cell.

·All plan head works, Umbrella work, Modernisation work etc.
