ADDITIONAL 21,200 BERTHS GENERATED BY RUNNING OF BHAGALPUR – RAJGIR - BHAGALPUR SPECIAL TRAIN


Kolkata, October 23, 2024:

Running special trains ensuing Diwali & Chhath holds significant benefits. The special trains cater to increased travel demand, offering more convenient and efficient transportation options for people wanting to celebrate. They held reduce congestion o­n regular trains, ensuring smoother travel experience. Additionally, these initiatives promote tourism, boost local economy and contribute to a sense of national unity and celebration during occasion like Diwali and Chhath. Keeping in the view to clear extra rush of passengers, Railway has decided to run o­ne special train between Bhagalpur  & Rajgir.

03282 Rajgir – Bhagalpur Tri-weekly  Special will leave Rajgir at 06:10 hrs. o­n every Friday, Sunday & Monday between 25.10.2024 & 30.12.2024 (30 trips) to reach Bhagalpur  at 13:15 hrs. o­n the same day and 03281 Bhagalpur – Rajgir Tri- weekly Special will leave Bhagalpur  at 14:30 hrs. o­n every Friday, Sunday & Monday between 25.10.2024 & 30.12.2024 (30 trips)  to reach Rajgir at 21:25 hrs. o­n the same day. The train will stop at Sultanganj, Jamalpur, Dharhara, Abhaipur, Kiul, Sheikpura, Waris Aleganj, Nawadah, Tilaya and Natesar stations in both directions enroute. The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper class and air- conditioned accommodations. Additional 21,200 berths will be generated by running this Special train.
