EASTERN RAILWAY TO RUN TEN (10) PUJA SPECIAL TRAINS IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS
Kolkata, 12 September 2026:
To clear the extra rush of passengers during ensuing Durga Puja, Diwali and Chhat festival, Eastern Railway has decided to run ten (10) following special trains in different directions.
03041 Howrah – Raxaul Puja Special will leave Howrah at 23:00 hrs on every Thursday between 15.10.2026 & 26.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Raxaul at 16:15 hrs on the next day and 03042 Raxaul – Howrah Puja Special will leave Raxaul at 17:45 hrs on every Friday between 16.10.2026 & 27.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Howrah at 12:15 hrs on the next day. The special train will stop at Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both the directions enroute. The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class & Air-conditioned accommodations.
03043 Howrah – Raxaul Puja Special will leave Howrah at 23:00 hrs on every Saturday between 17.10.2026 & 28.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Raxaul at 16:15 hrs on the next day and 03044 Raxaul – Howrah Puja Special will leave Raxaul at 17:45 hrs on every Sunday between 18.10.2026 & 29.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Howrah at 12:15 hrs on the next day. The special train will stop at Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both the directions enroute. The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class & Air-conditioned accommodations.
03135 Sealdah – Patna Puja Special will leave Sealdah at 00:20 hrs on every Tuesday between 13.10.2026 & 24.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Patna at 15:00 hrs on the same day and 03136 Patna – Sealdah Puja Special will leave Patna at 16:30 hrs on every Tuesday between 13.10.2026 & 24.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Sealdah at 07:30 hrs on the next day. The special train will stop at Naihati, Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both the directions enroute. The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class & Air-conditioned accommodations.
03133 Sealdah – Sitamarhi Puja Special will leave Sealdah at 23:40 hrs on every Friday between 16.10.2026 & 27.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Sitamarhi at 15:30 hrs on the next day and 03134 Sitamarhi – Sealdah Puja Special will leave Sitamarhi at 17:00 hrs on every Saturday between 17.10.2026 & 28.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Sealdah at 12:25 hrs on the next day. The special train will stop at Naihati, Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both the directions enroute. 03131 Sealdah – Gorakhpur Puja Special will leave Sealdah at 23:40 hrs on every Tuesday & Thursday between 13.10.2026 & 26.11.2026 (14 trips) to reach Gorakhpur at 18:15 hrs on the next day and 03132 Gorakhpur – Sealdah Puja Special will leave Gorakhpur at 20:35 hrs on every Wednesday & Friday between 14.10.2026 & 27.11.2026 (14 trips) to reach Sealdah at 15:40 hrs on the next day. The special train will stop at Naihati, Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both the directions enroute. The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class & Air-conditioned accommodations.
03185 Kolkata – Madhubani Puja Special will leave Kolkata at 23:50 hrs on every Tuesday between 13.10.2026 & 24.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Madhubani at 15:30 hrs on the next day and 03186 Madhubani – Kolkata Puja Special will leave Madhubani at 16:55 hrs on every Wednesday between 14.10.2026 & 25.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Kolkata at 12:45 hrs on the next day. The special train will stop at Naihati, Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both the directions enroute. 03187 Kolkata – Madhubani Puja Special will leave Kolkata at 23:50 hrs on every Friday between 16.10.2026 & 27.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Madhubani at 15:30 hrs on the next day and 03188 Madhubani – Kolkata Puja Special will leave Madhubani at 16:55 hrs on every Saturday between 17.10.2026 & 28.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Kolkata at 12:45 hrs on the next day. The special train will stop at Naihati, Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur, Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both the directions enroute. 03511 Asansol – Patna Puja special will leave Asansol at 13:20 hrs. on every Sunday between 18.10.2026 to 29.11.2026 to reach Patna at 20:15 hrs. on the same day and 03512 Patna – Asansol Puja special will leave Patna at 21:55 hrs. on every Sunday between 18.10.2026 to 29.11.2026 to reach Asansol at 04:50 hrs. on the next day. The train will stop at Chittaranjan, Jamtara, Madhupur & Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions enroute. The train will have General second Class, Sleeper Class & Air-conditioned accommodations.
03527 Asansol – Gorakhpur Puja special will leave Asansol at 13:20 hrs. on every Friday between 16.10.2026 to 27.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Gorakhpur at 03:30 hrs. on the next day and 03528 Gorakhpur – Asansol Puja special will leave Gorakhpur at 06:00 hrs. on every Saturday between 17.10.2026 to 28.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Asansol at 20:45 hrs. on the same day. The train will stop at Chittaranjan, Jamtara Madhupur & Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdictions in both directions enroute. The train will have General second Class, Sleeper Class & Air-conditioned accommodations.
03465 Malda Town – Digha Puja Special will leave Malda Town at 13:10 hrs on every Saturday between 17.10.2026 & 28.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Digha at 23:00 hrs on the same day and 03466 Digha - Malda Town Puja Special will leave Digha at 23:40 hrs on every Sunday between 18.10.2026 & 29.11.2026 (07 trips) to reach Malda Town at 09:20 hrs on the next day. The train will stop at New Farakka, Pakur, Rampurhat, Sainthia, Bolpur Shantiniketan, Barddhaman and Dankuni stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions enroute. The train will have General Second Class, Sleeper Class and Air-Conditioned accommodations.
