Sub:- Advertisement for Specialist/Superspecialist on case to case Basis at Eastern Railway Hospital/Liluah.

NOTIFICATION:
Eastern Railway Hospital, Liluah is inviting applications for the following respective posts on case to case basis. Candidates will be selected through paper scrutiny only.
SPECIALIST / SUPER SPECIALIST ON CASE TO CASE BASIS :-
1)For Orthopaedic Surgeon.
2)For General Medicine.
3)For Anaesthesiologist.
4)For Cardiology.
5)For Paediatrics.
6)For Skin Specialist.
Rate of Payment:-
Consultancy fees: Fees will be Rs. 500/- for the first case and 100/- per case for other case on the same day.
For Surgical procedure :-The upper limit of payment will be
i) For Minor Surgery – Rs. 2,000/- per case as a package rate.
ii) For Major Surgery – Rs. 5,000/- per case as a package rate.
iii) For Special Surgery – Rs. 8,000/- per case as a package rate.
The package contains:-
* Pre Operation one check up
* The Surgical Operation
* Post operative follow up for 03 days (Excluding the day of the operation).
Application with complete Bio-data and Phone Number should be sent within 23.10.2017 at 12.30 hours. Addressed to CMS/E.Rly.Hospital/PO-Liluah, Dist-Howrah PIN-711204 along with self attested photocopy of all Certificates of Quarlification (MBBS & PG Degree passed from MCI Recognised University / College), experience certificates, Age Proof Certificate and one recent passport size photo. Selected candidates will be intimated over phone.
