3.1 (a) ISO 9001 certificate of running room under Elect. (OP)/HWH : -
Running Rooms ofBWN under Elect. (OP)/HWH has been awarded byISO 9001:2015 certification for proper maintaining & crew management as per ISO standard.
3.1(b) Provision of NO SPAD Bell at all Crew Lobbies under Elect. (OP)/HWH : -
There is NO SPAD for last two years by Running Staff under Elect. (OP)/HWH. In this regard one Bell with buzzer system has been introduced and installed at Crew Lobby/HWH for alerting the crew to avoid any “SPAD”. All crew at the time of Sign ON will press the switch of buzzer system, then a bell will ring along with audio message of “NO SPAD”.
