1.1Malda Town, New Farakka, Sahibganj, Bhagalpur and Jamalpur are five major stations of Malda Divisionbeing supervised by Station Superintendent. Other medium and smaller stations are being looked after by the Sectional Traffic Inspectors, as detailedbelow:

Eight Sectional TIs are stationed two at New Farakka, one at Sahibganj, three at Bhagalpur, One at Godda, One at Jamalpur,In addition to above for assisting in day to day work of operations in the division following TIs are based at Malda

TI/TP, TI/Chaser, TI/MPP, TI/SWR, TI/HQ, TI/Safety, TI/Caution TI/IT, TI/Goods & TI/TC. Except TI/ Chaser is posted at SBG and JMP.

At Malda Town, Bhagalpur and Jamalpur Yards are functioning under supervision of CYMs posted thereon.

Up toMarch 2024 Total revenue loading was 14.985 MT against 15.342 MT of corresponding period of last year.

Goods Earnings

Upto March 2024 the total Goods earning of the division is ` 417.95 croresas compared to ` 477.57 crores during the same period of last year.

Punctuality of Mail Passenger & All BG Trains

Upto March 2024, we achieved Mail ExpressTrains of 89.29, as compared to 94.10 in same month of last year.

Upto March 2024, we achieved Passenger     Trains of 76.79, as compared to 90.99 in same month of last year.

Wagon Interchange

UptoMarch 2024 avg. perday interchange is 7645 EWU against 7228 EWU. month of the last year i.e. an improvement of 3.32 % in comparison to same period of last year.

Performance of Inward Release

Up to March 2024 average per day inward release was 1198 EWU against 1192 EWU correspondingmonth of last year.

Performance of Wagon Holding

Up to March 2024 average Wagon Holding per day was 4396 EWU/Day against 3701 EWU /Day correspondingmonth of last.

Electric Utilisation

Up to March 2024 average Electric Utilisation per day was 300 Av./Km against 335 Av./Km correspondingmonth of last year.

Diesel Utilisation

Up to March 2024 average Diesel Utilisation per day n was 266 Av./Km against 368 Av./Km correspondingmonth of last year.
