Achievement/ Good work done by Safety Department during 2022-23
1.INTER RAILWAY SAFETY AUDIT OF ASANSOL DIVISION BY PCSO/ECR & OTHER SAG LEVEL OFFICERS OF EAST CENTREL RAILWAY ON 08.04.2022 IN JASIDIH - ASANSOL SECTION
Safety Organisation of Asansol Division along with other concerned departments hopefully tackled safety audit inspection by PCSO/ECR alongwith his team. Different important maintenance depots and wings of ASN Division were under the purview of this inspection. Inspection was fruitful and Team was satisfied with the safety performance. It is mentionable here that a Cash of Rs.25,000/- has been awarded to this Division as a token of satisfaction of PCSO/ECR.
2.Observation of 14th International Level Crossing Awareness Day on 09.06.2022:
Safety Organisation of Asansol Division celebrated jointly with all concerned departments “The 14th International Level Crossing Awareness Day” on 09.06.2022. For awarnesss publicity, Nukkad Natak, Safety Seminar, Sit & Draw programme, dispay of flex and distribution of leaflets and procession were organized. Fruitfull response has been observed among the railway and road users.
3. Disaster Management Plan Book 2022-24:
Safety Organization of the Division issued 200 copies of Disaster Management Plan Book 2022-24 enriched with updated information and guidelines covering all departments, stations & units of this Division for tackling disaster.
