beneficiaries under Medical Department Howrah Division.
Chief Medical Superintendent, Orthopedic Hospital, Eastern Railway, Howrah invites the Expression of Interest from all the willing CGHS/ECHS/ESI empanelled Hospitals for entering in to Tie-up for treatment at CGHS rates of all the Railway beneficiaries, serving employees and retired employees and their family members who may be required to refer to these Hospitals.
For Expression of Interest, the documents may be collected from office of CMS, Orthopedic Hospital, Howrah or the same can also be downloaded from website www.er.indianrailway.gov.in or here (Doc-1 & Doc-2 & Annexure-A&B).
The responses to be submitted to the office of Chief Medical Superintendent Orthopaedic Hospital, Eastern Railway, Howrah preferably within one month from the date of publication of this advertisement.
