TUNNELING WORK IN CONNECTION WITH
RATANPUR – JAMALPUR DOUBLING PROJECT
A JAMBO DRILL BOOMER L - 20 BY EPIROC
Existing tunnel length is of 275 m, whereas proposed new Tunnel with Portal may be 340 M.Centre line of track distance between new tunnel and existing tunnel is 25 M. Starting point of the tunnel at Km.355.42 from (Khana) & Ending point of the tunnel at Km.355.69 from (Khana).
Profile of tunnel is of Horse Shoe Shape as proposed by CIMFR, Dhanbad. Other Parameter:- Length – 340 M ,Width – 7.720 M ,Height – 7. 054 M Detail design & Proof Checking for design of Canopy, Support System etc has been submitted by CIMFR, Dhanbad.
