C & W Workshop Eastern Railway, Liluah Grievance redressal portal for staff of C & W Workshop, Eastern Railway, Liluah. This is a QR based portal which can be simply scanned by the staffs working in this workshop to lodge their multiple grievances. In this application when staff lodge their grievance Welfare inspector of personnel branch will reach out to understand the main issue. It is the responsibility of the Welfare inspector to put up the case to the concerned dealer. WPO along with APO and AWO monitors the case on daily basis to ensure timely disposal of the grievance.
