Job Profile: | The Principal Financial Adviser (PFA) is the head of the Accounts Department. The PFA’s responsibilities include maintaining the accounts of the Railway in accordance with prescribed rules, exercising internal check on transactions affecting receipts and expenditure of the Railway, compilation of the budget, and monitoring the same, and tendering financial advice. The PFA also performs other management accounting and financial management functions such as providing financial data for management reports, assisting inventory management and participating in procurement and works/services contracting decisions. |
