EASTERN RAILWAY SPORTS ASSOCIATION ORGANIZING 25TH ALL INDIA RAILWAY KABADDI CHAMPIONSHIP FOR WOMEN

Eastern Railway Sports Association (ERSA) is organizing 25th All India Railway Kabaddi Championship (Women) under the auspices of Railway Sports Promotion Board from 20.11.2023 to 23.11.2023. This championship is going on at Eastern Railway’s indoor stadium at Behala, Kolkata.
The inaugural event of 25th All India Railway Kabaddi Championship (Women) organized by Easten Railway held today at Eastern Railway’s Indoor Stadium, Behala in presence of Shri Sumit Sarkar, Additional General Manager/Eastern Railway. Shri Soumitra Majumdar, Principal Chief Commercial Manager/Eastern Railway and President/ ERSA and Shri Manish Kumar Gupta, Chief Mechanical Engineer (Planning) and Secretary/ ERSA and other senior officers of Eastern Railway were also present on the occasion.
There will be total 20 matches on league basis. Altogether 9 teams are participating in this championship viz South Central Railway, Western Railway, Central Railway, Northern Railway, East Central Railway, East Coast Railway, South Eastern Railway, Eastern Railway and RPF Women Kabaddi teams. The concluding match will be held on 23.11.2023 for championship.
The inaugural match of the event held between Eastern Railway and East Coast Railway teams in which Eastern Railway won by 20 points.
