EASTERN RAILWAY TO RUN EMU SPECIALS FOR JAGADDHATRI PUJA

In order to clear the expected heavy rush of passengers during ensuing Jagaddhatri Puja at Chandannagar, five pair of Special Trains between Howrah & Bandel and one pair of Special Train between Howrah & Barddhaman, will be run during the period from 20.11.2023 to 24.11.2023 stopping at all stations enroute.
EMU specials for Bandel will leave Howrah at 17:20 hrs., 19:55 hrs., 23:30 hrs. & 00:30 hrs. respectively during the period. In Down Direction, Bandel – Howrah EMU specials will leave Bandel at 18:35 hrs., 21:20 hrs., 01:00 hrs. & 02:00 hrs. respectively. one UP Howrah – Barddhaman EMU special will leave Howrah at 01:15 hrs. from 21.11.2023 to 24.11.2023, whereas Barddhaman – Howrah EMU special will leave Barddhaman at 22:30 hrs. from 20/21.11.2023 to 23/24.11.2023.
Moreover, one additional Howrah- Bandel - Howrah EMU special train will leave Howrah at 02:35 hrs. & will leave Bandel at 04:00 hrs. on 24.11.2023 (immersion day).
Besides, 36087 Howrah - Masagram local (Howrah dep. 19:27 hrs.) will be extended upto Barddhaman from 20.11.2023 to 23.11.2023 and the same will return (Bardhaman dep. at 22:10 hrs.) as Bardhaman - Howrah EMU special via Bandel from 20/21.11.2023 to 23/24.11.2023, stopping at all stations enroute. In repercussion, service of 36088 Down Masagram- Howrah local will remain cancelled from 20.11.2023 to 23.11.2023.
Moreover, in Up direction, 03051 Howrah - Barddhaman local leaving Howrah at 01:50 hrs. and will stop at all stations enroute in between Howrah & Bandel from 21.11.2023 to 24.11.2023 and in Dn direction 03004 Azimganj - Howrah Passenger will stop at all stations between Bandel & Howrah from 21.11.2023 to 24.11.2023.
