CAMPAIGN IN SEALDAH DIVISION REGARDING UTS on MOBILE
•Avoid Queue at the Ticket Counter

To spread awareness among the passengers about UTS on Mobile App and saving of time thereby avoiding Queue at the ticket counters, Sealdah Division started campaign on Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS). The campaign is aimed at further promoting the use of UTS on Mobile for unreserved journeys and making it even easier for passengers to purchase ticket. In this campaign passengers are being guided and informed in detail on how to download the App- “UTS on Mobile”, registration process, recharging and getting tickets and frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are being answered at this camp with guidance on normal trouble-shooting.
The second phase of UTS on Mobile campaign has already been started after the success of the first phase, which resulted in a significant increase in the use of UTS over the Sealdah Division. The campaign will feature a renewed focus on online and mobile ticketing, as well as a continued effort to raise awareness of the benefits of UTS among passengers.
Sealdah Division is pleased to announce the launch of the Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS) campaign over the division. The campaign is aimed at promoting the use of UTS for unreserved journeys, which will help to reduce queues at ticket counters and make it easier for passengers to purchase tickets.
