The Mobile Facilitation Camps, scheduled from November 9 to November 27, 2023, will cover all 146 UTS stations within the division.
Passengers at these camps receive hands-on guidance on various aspects of mobile ticketing, including downloading the UTS on Mobile app, the registration process, recharging, and ticket acquisition. The initiative aims to empower passengers with the knowledge and tools to obtain daily, return, and monthly unreserved tickets seamlessly, eliminating the need for queues and saving valuable time.
At the camps, attendees have the opportunity to have their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) addressed, with experts providing guidance on common troubleshooting scenarios. Live demonstrations enhance passengers' understanding of the app's functionalities, fostering a smoother transition to digital ticketing.
