Kolkata, October 18, 2023:

Railway has decided to withdraw  the diversion of 12381/12382 Howrah – New Delhi – Howrah Poorva Express which was planned earlier due to closure of Platform No. 9 & 10 in connection with major upgradation work of Prayagraj station over North Central Railway from 16.10.2023 to 31.12.2023. Now, the train will run o­n its proper route. 

12381 Howrah – New Delhi Poorva Express (journey commencing o­n and from 19.10.2023) will run o­n scheduled route via Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya – Varanasi – Prayag – Prayagraj Jn. instead of its diverted route. 

12382 New Delhi – Howrah  Poorva Express (journey commencing o­n and from 20.10.2023) will run o­n scheduled route via Prayagraj Jn. – Prayag – Varanasi – Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya instead of its diverted route.
