As a instantaneous measure to overcome the difficulties faced by intending passengers in respect of online ticket booking due to temporary failure of IRCTC website on technical reasons, Eastern Railway has opened a couple of additional booking windows at different stations for the convenience of passengers.
For the ease of ticket booking by the passengers overcoming the temporary technical glitch of IRCTC website, Extra Reservation (PRS) Counters opened at different Stations over Eastern Railway as follows:-
