GENERAL MANAGER/EASTERN RAILWAY INSPECTED KHANA –PANDABESWAR SECTION OVER ASANSOL DIVISION
Asansol, May 24, 2023:
Shri Amar Prakash Dwivedi, General Manager, Eastern Railway visited Asansol Division on 24.05.2023. Shri Dwivedi conducted window trailing inspection between Khana-Pandabeswar section along with nominated Principal Head of the Department from Headquarters and Shri Permanand Sharma, Divisional Railway Manager, Asansol to see the safety measure of track, OHE, Signal, etc.
Shri Dwivedi, also visited Jhanjhra colliery siding and met with officials of Eastern Coalfield Ltd and RITES and also visited SonepurBazari Colliery sidings to see the project works under Gatishakti Cargo Terminal scheme to improve the loading of Asansol Division.
One Performance Review Meeting with all Branch Officers of Asansol Division was held at the Divisional Office, Asansol where the Division presented performance of previous year and discussed how to achieve the target fixed for 2023-24.
