To clear the extra rush of passengers during ensuing summer, Eastern Railway has decided to run one summer special train between Howrah & Raxaul.
03043 Howrah – Raxaul Summer Special will leave Howrah at 23:00 hrs. on every Saturday between 15.04.2023 & 10.06.2023 (9 trips) to reach Raxaul at 14:15 hrs. on the next day. 03044 Raxaul – Howrah Summer Special will leave Raxaul at 16:55 hrs. on every Sunday between 16.4.2023 & 11.6.2023 (9 trips) to reach Howrah at 08:50 hrs. on the next day. The train will stop at Bandel, Barddhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur & Jasidih stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction enroute in both directions.
The train will have general second class, sleeper class and air-conditioned accommodation. The date of booking of tickets for above special trains will be notified shortly.
