Kolkata, March 15, 2023:
For the convenience of commuters of Thakurnagar, Bangaon, Barasat area, Railway has decided to run one pair special train between Thakurnagar and Kathgodam.
05030 Kathgodam – Thakurnagar Special will leave Kathgodam at 10:00 hrs. on 16.03.2023 (Thursday) to reach Thakurnagar at 19:30 hrs. on the next day and 05029 Thakurnagar – Kathgodam Special will leave Thakurnagar at 12:30 hrs. on 20.03.2023 (Monday) to reach Kathgodam at 02:30 hrs. on Wednesday. The train will stop at Kolkata, Dankuni, Bardhaman, Bolpur Shantiniketan, Rampurhat & Malda Town in both directions over Eastern Railway jurisdiction.
Booking of tickets for 05029 Thakurnagar – Kathgodam Special will be available on & from 16.03.2023 through PRS & Internet. In addition to Mail/Express fare, special charge will be realized. Concessional booking will not be allowed. Tatkal quota will not be available.
