NOTE: Clean My Coach (Swachh Safar) has been introduced in Eastern Railway. This is a system by which, passengers can call the on board house cleaning staff of the train during their journey to attend specific cleaning needed in the coach. This service is available in all important Mail/Express trains of Eastern Railway leaving from Howrah, Sealdah, Kolkata, Malda, Bhagalpur and Asansol terminals. To avail this service, a passenger has to send an SMS to 58888 in the form "CLEAN<Space><10 digit PNR no.>" or by entering PNR and Mobile No. on the website www.cleanmycoach.com or on the Android app 'OBSERVE'.
